Kai (occasionally referred to as the Fire Maker by the ) is currently the and Ninja of , as well as 's older brother. He and his younger sister worked as blacksmiths in their 's all their life until they met Master . With his guidance, Kai learned and discovered his other teammates, with whom he embarked on many adventures; battling the likes of the and the Stone Army. He and Cole were the de facto leaders of the Ninja team before Lloyd became the new leader of the team.
